Color Me Surprised!

Well, well, well... Ohio Supreme Court Justice Alice (party hardy) Reznick took the moral high road and plead guilty to the DUI charges.

In a Bowling Green Municipal courtroom filled with media from across the state, Justice Resnick, 65, of Ottawa Hills was found guilty of drunken driving and driving outside marked lanes by Judge Mark Reddin.

He sentenced her to three days in the Wood County jail or in the alcohol treatment program offered at Nazareth Hall. Judge Reddin also ordered her to pay a $500 fine for the DUI and a $100 fine for the marked lane violation.

Aside from the fleeing prosecution and obstruction charges, she is getting the "Joe Sixpack" treatment. Kudos to Judge Reznick for doing the right thing. (Now, if she had just done that a week ago...)
